Armed with over 20 years experience in IT Services, Education & Training, Neelesh has served in key positions in various MNCs and has managed business interests across over 15 countries. An engineer with master's in business management, Neelesh brings in a holistic perspective of managing almost all the key functional areas of running an enterprise. Coming from a family of engineers and educationists, he is very passionate and upbeat about the education sector. It was thus an obvious calling for Neelesh when he, along with Tarun, decided to setup Thinkrucible Solutions.

He is a thought leader, blogger, speaker at conferences, guest lecturer at a couple of leading MBA Institutes in India and a startup mentor. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering and an MS in Internet Multimedia Systems from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He currently plays the role of Chief Digital Officer for Ninestars Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. .
